1000 Foods list
Here is an alphabetical compilation of all the
foods we have eaten in 2017 and 2018.
Some foods listed are the standard foods that
most of us eat, others we have intentionally
added to our diet for the sake of variety and
diversity. Many of these foods link to recipes
and articles that give a greater background on
the food’s culture, its health benefits, flavor,
and other useful information. We plan to
update the list frequently to keep it current. If
we have inadvertently listed a variety as a
separate species, we apologize. Please let us
know in the comment section so we can fix
