INTRODUCTION
Life is a journey that is filled with varying experiences. Of course not many people regard all of these experiences as exciting. Some of the most experiences of life are unfortunate. Experience means different things to different people depending on their attitude and perspective. This book would not have been written because God has a say in our life experiences and to, us, he gave His only begotten son, JESUS CHRIST.

Leaders were appointed

“How can I alone bear your problems and your burdens and your complaints?

Chose wise, understanding, and knowledgeable men from among tribes, and I will make them heads over you’

And you answered me and said, ‘the thing which you have told us is good’

So, I took the heads of your tribes, wise and knowledgeable men, and made them heads over you, leaders of thousands, leaders of hundreds, leaders of fifties, leaders of tens, and officers for your tribes”
(Deuteronomy 1:12-15)

God gave to mankind “leadership authority when He created “Mankind” and as it is written in the book of Genesis 1:28 saying:

“Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it, have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth”

Leadership from bible account of creation therefore means,

“Having dominion over every thing God has created. From it, man is expected to put to good use all the things that God has put into his or her hands to own and to take care of.”

Adam began by God’s order to “live and lead” his life by putting a name to everything that God created, (Genesis 2:20). Soon, God gave him, a wife and the children came forth, the need to take care of the family, families of his family and the societies to which he had lived and died. Leadership went from Abraham to Isaac, to Jacob, to Moses, to David, and to Jesus and to this generation.
We are all called by god to be leaders. Whether you are in a leadership position at your job, family, or not, every believer is called to lead others to Christ. And Jesus Christ himself is our example of the ultimate and perfect leader. Let us follow Christ example and be a good example for others to follow.
Nations have complained seriously of having given their votes to candidates of their choice and felt their choice had been disappointed them leading to the need of another leader. In a country such as us in, the topic of the corrupt and wicked leaders had us disappointment in our hearts; we endure the failure of every leader. When the nations of this life, abandoned the military leader for a democratically elected leader, and fell into the same pit as the past leader elected.
I have read so many books and I have gotten knowledge of some many great leaders, but none was as great and had followers like the man whom I, also goes to church every Sunday to talk to. He moved on to this earth, and people followed Him willingly. I have wondered why the bible said, “He went about doing well”. He healed people. He had compassion on his people. He fed the multitudes. He raised the dead. He taught as some one who had wisdom. Thousands of years, this leader had died and I was among the believer, talking about and my children will also talk about Him. He had a religion known by His name.
A religious leader is also the feeder and nourishes, and the “ultimate sheep food” is the word of god. Just as the shepherd leads his flocks to the lushes pasture so they will grow and flourish. This leader comforts the sheep, binding up their wounds and applying the balm of preferred by the name of the leader, “Christian leadership” and our leader is “JESUS CHRIST”.
His leadership story is every where, even in other religion of life. It is a true testimony for the living. The inspiration that Jesus gives will live with us forever and we will be judged by Him.
I am writing what I am still learning. It had taken me years to put it into writing. In this book, I have x-rayed, the four texts of the gospel of Jesus Christ, which are Mathew, mark, Luke, and john. I have listed every important fact of his story and from the listing is the guide that makes the leadership of Jesus Christ guides to be learned and used to promote the unity of nations.

Will you accept to LEAD LIKE JESUS?

Dear, reader, this is a question that has n answer no brother can love you like Jesus. He did not die on the cross in vain. It is a leadership example filled with love. He is a leader that you and I know that did not fail.
We would not loose hope because of the things that we see in our leaders this book is coming to us, at a time like this when we need a leader like Jesus.

“I pray that after reading this book, you would buy more of this book and give out to your loved ones and all, that the life of this great leader be impacted to their lives”, that this book may be part of the curriculum to raising students into great leaders.”

CHOOSE JESUS LEADERSHIP NOW!

Would you allow this leader to help you live your life, manage your family, take care of you children, run an organizations, office or company? I never thought much about that question until I picked up a copy of Laurie Beth Jones Book, “Jesus CEO” many years ago. Jones challenges readers to take a close look at the way that Jesus organized and inspired those around to accomplish great things.
Over time, Jesus leadership methods have been tested and proven.
Follow me, let’s us go through Mathew, Luke, Mark, and John. Observe every part of this great leader’s story and you and I will go through this book to the very end to find the reason why after thousands of years “NO LEADER WAS LIKE JESUS” and find inspiration why we need to LEAD LIKE JESUS.

1. JESUS HAD WITNESSES
Jesus leaderships did not speak out on its own for God had set up machinery that runs to expose the ministry and the leaderships of the great leader. God sent his own spirit led personalities to expose and bear witness to this leader. John was inspired to bear witness for Jesus.

The Bible said in John 1: 6-8

“There was a man sent from god, whose name was john.

This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the light, but was sent to bear witness of the light.

He was not the light, but was sent to witness of that light,”

John like Isaiah and other men of god in the Old Testament bore witness of such a great leader whose name will form the Christian empire, that leader name will form the Christian world after the death of the great leader.
John finally, witnessed to this leader in baptism.

“You, yourselves bear me witness that I said, I am not the Christ, but, I have been sent before Him.

He who has the bride is the bridegroom; but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice. Therefore this joy of mine is fulfilled.”
John 3: 28-29

“The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

This is he of whom I said after me comes a man who is preferred before me, for he was before me.”

Jesus was not an ordinarily leader. He was a leader people had willingly had spoken of, even when he was at the backyard and it is not interested in leading. People go about telling each other that they are ready to accept such a man as a leader.
Jesus did not join a political campaign or do one to raise a world wide group of believers called Christians.  He was truly chosen and spoken to lead because in God’s assignment. He is born a leader.
Taking this clue of leadership from Jesus, we would not push ourselves towards forcing people to make us their leader but wait patiently for the witness, who can say that they had seen the good leadership in us, so that we do not go about blowing our own trumpets ourselves. The people can have a lesson for selecting to be a leader.

2. A Light Shinning Leader
Jesus is a leader who bore the light for every one to see those are in the dark saw the light in His administration. The bible said in john 1: 4-5;

“In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.

And the light shines in the darkness, and darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it”

In john 1:9;

“That was the true light which gives light to every man coming into the world.”

Those who are in the darkness of sin saw the light. Those who needed healing saw the light, even after thousand years of His death on the cross, he is light is still shining in every crusade, church and Christian areas.
This leader, Jesus, had a light “not even the greatest of darkness can comprehend.” With the guide in your hand, a leader shall have good ideas, and knowledge to lead the organization out of ignorance, to knowledge and to wisdom.

3. Discovered Talents and Followers
Jesus knew that a leader without followers will produce futility and he went about to search for them, discover his disciples and turn them into mighty men of valor.
The word of god said in john 1: 43

“The following Jesus wanted to go to Galilee and he found Phillip and said to him,” follow me.”

It was on the same day that Jesus discovered Nathaniel and both walked up to Jesus who was surprised him with spiritual information’s. By this guide leaders of organizations will be inspired to seek members every where even in a far land. Just like Jesus had done.

4. Authoritative Words
In all of Jesus life, he was a man of authority and speaks authoritative words. He was never seen in the company of vain people nor spent time discussing vain things. He used his time to discuss matters that will benefit who are called but his name.
A leader will value this guide because by speaking only authoritative words, he would not be insulted nor neglected when ever, he speaks because, he takes his time to find the right words, that is suitable for every occasion and the people would willingly listen.

5.  A Leader with Followers
Jesus got his first 12, followers, and 3000 followers in Antioch. Today, Jesus had not less that eight hundred million followers and still counting and in every country, race and tribe. Today, I and you are part of the followers of these great leaders who took our suffering and put it upon himself. Four own good. Take upon this guide, a leader would strive to make good members for the organization which he or she is made a leader.

6.  A Spiritual Informed Leader
Jesus is a leader that is guided by the spirit of god. When he met the Samaritan woman in john 4:1-26, he asked her one spiritually informed question, “go, call your husband, and come here.”
By this leader moved by the holy spirit receive information that are hidden about the organizations which they are leading, which they might never know by human reasoning and bring so many problems to a peaceful end.

7.  A Good Time Manager
Jesus worked with time, he knew when he made the first miracles of turning water to wine that his time has not reached. He waited till he was thirty years before he began his ministry. He did all that he had to do in his ministry in three years and produced multitudes of followers.
This will help leaders manage organizational time very well as to finish the projects at hand before the needed time to which he or she is expected to leave the office. It will help a leader do the right things at the right time and be at the right time with the right people, so as to produce the right result.

8.  Obeyed His Mother
Jesus was obedient in everything that he did as a leader. When the marriage lacked wine Jesus mother who knew the capacity of her son, went and talked to him. And Jesus obeyed his mother. This guide of leadership style from a master at a time like this will help leaders who are made dominated recognize the place of women in politics, in organization, family, and every thing done under the earth.

9.  Jesus Hates Dirtiness
Jesus leadership hates unclean in any way that he sees it even in the church. Jesus requires every one to be physically and spiritually clean. He desires god’s dwelling be rid of every form of utility things and he fought and he fought who used god’s house as a market to sell every form of goods. This will help the leader abstain from every corrupt practice that exist these days organization.

10. Testimonies Existed
For every good that Christ had done, a testimony followed. It was for these testimonies that our leader Jesus became a popular leader. Today leader are still testifying. Members of the church, crusades, are still giving out testimonies. Managers and business owners are still speaking out of all the good things that god has done in their work and business
A leader who practices the pattern of jesus in him, organization, carefully allows the holyspirit to come into the mist of the organization and take control.

11. Encouraged New Birth
Jesus talked about the new birth. He talks about us being renewed of the spirit. In john 3:1-21, a aman came to Jesus to know what he must do to be saved. And Jesus replied, “mostly assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of god.”
Jesus desired that every leader of this age should be born of the flesh and of the spirit. In this Jesus is encouraging every one who wanted to be a leader to be born again of the spirit of god.

12. Non-Segregationist
By non-segregationist, we know that our leader, jeusus is not partial in his dealing with people. He is not tribalist person. He is not separating between believers and believers who will be attended to in his office. He sees every one as one. He met the woman at the well of samaria. He went all the land gentiles and preached the good news.
A good leader desires the peace of all in the organization and works hard towards bringing all together for the common good of the people.

13. Teaching
In Mathew 6: 5-14 jesus tought as a great teacher.  He taught with hope that the students will learn positive things that could turn their lives for the good and not the worse. He taught the disciples how to pray. Leaders must possess teaching skills. Leaders will have to teach their members, organizations, certain things they need to know about the organization. Even though experts could be invited to speak on certain issues, a leader must demonstrate his or her competency to teach employees once a while. Jesus did not speak of himself as a teacher, it was his followers, who said so. A good leader donot speak of their duty themselves because by their works, you shall know them.

14. Accepted Rejection
It is a pity that our leader was every where but not accepted in his own community. Where he was born into. “hwo can this man give us his flesh to eat,” the jews querrelled. Today Christians are cerebrating the feast of Passover, but jesus was rejected because he spoke the truth,” john 6:41-71.
Jesus accepted his rejection and so would be every leaders is facing oppression. jesus leadership would help a leader manage rejection and move on ahead amidst disturbances and obstacle and go on ahed to produce worthy results for the organization.
15. Jesus Worked
God the father of all worked as it is written inbthe book of genesis. Jesus leadership encouraged even in the midst of trials and temptations of life. In john 5:17, “but jesus answered them, “my father has been working until now, and I have been working” god is father worked and in seven days created the heavens and the earth. This will motivate the leader not to be idle but worked hard to be productive. Jesus produced results that we are now enjoying many years as Christian who are saved by him. It is expected that leaders work shall speak for its self years after the leader has gone, that it may be useful to, other leaders who will follow soon.

16. Punishment In One’s Hands
In john 5:24, the word of jesus leader jesus said: “most assuredly, I say to you, he who wears my word and believes in him who sent me has everything life, and shall not come into judgement, but has passed from death into life.”
A good leader realizes that all the actions that he takes whether they are good or bad, will be left to him or to her to answer. So, a leader guide will force every leader be responsible leaders and desire to everything that is good at all times.

17. Unselfish
Jesus worked for the father and that his father might be glorified. He is a leader who is not selfish. He worked that god’s children might be saved. In these days, put a man of god to be in charge of a political organization, he will be working for his pocket, his family and relatives alone. Jesus did not die on the cross of carvarly to save every one. A leader with this principle will be working for the growth of every one in the organization and would not be partial in his dealing with wealthy or porr people in his society.

18. Physical Food
Jesus was physical food provider. He know the difference between spiritual food and physical food.
“and jesus took the loaves, and when he had given thanks, he distributed them to the disciples, and the disciples to those sitting down, and likewise of the fish, as much as they wanted.
So when they filled, he said to his his disciples, “gather up the fragments that remains, so that nothing is lost.” John 6:11-12.

A leader who has a meeting or a conference that will in the morning till evening realities that after the spoken food had been eaten, he should make physical food that his audience will eat available.

19. Speaks To All Situations
Our leader jesus has a word for every situations of life and he speaks such words with faith. When the storm came, jesus was quick to rebuke the storm and there was calm. He speaks up to those who were oppressed of the devil and they were made whole.
A good leade should be bale to have a word of faith in the situations that presented itself. That is why it is necessary that every leader should be a true man or woman of god.
20. Un-materialistic Leader
As jesus temeptations, he speak of man not “living by the bread alone” jesus is not a a materiaslistic leader. The simple temptation that the devil had passed on him would gotten him. The world would not have been saved. How many politicians had cause to enter into a political office for political gains, they are many. This guide is a tool that every one needs to be ensared by material things which leads to destruction of an organizations. This guide will equally save leaders from using an organization funds for personal use.

21. Knowledge Leader
Even as a small young boy, jesus taught like a good teacher with knowledge. In all his trials of life, he had proved to have learnt something from the jews. Every leader with good knoldege of leadership is a developed and skillful leader.
Jesus knew the law and not temptations that came from the questions he was asked. One single answer from jesus, when he said, “if anyone of you who had not commited such a sin shall through the first stone,” and gradually, all the accusers were seen to be going away one by one.

22. Promised the Holy Spirit
How many leaders would promised the people they are leading of comfort, peace and comfort in the place of the holyspirit, after they had finished work, and had gone home toothier various homes and duties. Jesus was the only leader, whose father had a comforter for his children. Leaders of this day shall leanrt to make life as comfortable , peaceful as they can. And when it is time for the same organization, they shall select only god fearing leaders who had the fear of god and can bring the comforter along with them as jesus Christ had done to his disciples.

23. Condemned No One
Through out the life of jesus he did not say one single negative word against any one or any group. In this days, condemning people becomes the only ways for leaders to stay afloat. Political organizations leaders forms the habit of condmning people who are not good for leadership. The leadership positioned by this will not be a gossiper, or go about condemning every one who seems to oppose his or her leadership for jesus our leader saw no gain from such every one not to comdemn another.

24. Truthfulness
Those who should be a good disciple of jesus leadership shall do so in truth and in the spirit. When he was at the temple to the day, he died, he speaks the truth always. How many leaders of this days will be tested with huge maney and they preffered to tell the truth always? The case of annanias and saphira shows that liening infront of jesus disciples as a deadly offense not to lies infront of the son of god.

25. A True Shepherd
Jesus was the true sherpherd that laid his life for his sheep. He worked hard for the people that he served. A true sherpherd knows the voice of his sheep and the sheep knows the voice of the master and the sherpherd. A good leader in this modern times will be a good sherpherd and a good leader.

26.  Believe In Possibilities
A leader with the stewardship of jesus would, see no impossibilities in breaking even in an organization. Jesus was rejected in several places. This leader will not for every form of limitations, because His model jesus Christ saw Christ saw opposition in the leaders, leading the law and still went ahead to discover one of the biggest organizations that will live forever.

27. Enemy Field Organizations
Without enemies an organizations would remain empty and without reasons for fear in leadership. No one would desire fighting for a leadership position. Jesus at times, he was discovering the organization that we at Antioch accepted as Christians fought enemies with love and died for this love.

28. Prayerful
Our leader jesus prayed in all conditions that he found himself in. he did not stop praying and encouraged every leader to start every meeting with prayer and end the meeting with prayers. A leader with this principle will be encouraged to go on ahead to guide the organization with god and with the fear of god and with prayers devoted to god so that the affairs of the organizations are in the hollow of gods hand s anf that the leader through prayers can be guided by the holyspirit to go on and lead the organization to fulfillment and success.

29. Maintain an Uncorrupted Stand
There was no where in the life of jesus our great leader that was corrupted. Its accusers would have made him, great if he had accepted to take bribe and change his status.

30. Obedience to State Rules
Jesus obeyed the state rules and did not disobey when he was asked to pay his task to the government. Instead, he asked one of his disciple to harvest fish and get the coin to which to pay their tax. A leader whose members donot recognize that tax has to be paid ends up a disobedient citizen.

31. Wisdom
Wisdom is the principle thing and in all getting, a leader is expected to have wisdom. Jesus lived in the wisdom of his father, and whose words comforts him day and night. Leaders of this day would emulate jesus and be obedience to god, and good elders, so that they shall find wisdom for every day living.

32. Overcame Temptation
Which leader was tempted like jesus Christ? Will that leader still live life of emulation even in the midst of temptations, trials and rejection. A leader with interest to lead like jesus would make provision for temptation and find ways to overcome them. Jesus leadership has a word for every leader facing any type of temptation writeen in the bible and how such a leade can win every battle against temptation.

33. Ideology
“the spirit of the lordis upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poo he has sent me to heal the broken hearted to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed: to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord” luke4: 18.
Jesus leadership ideology was foretold. Any leader can take up to this ideology, and ask for the spirit of god, to realize that he or she had be made a leader to heal the broken hearted, set people free take away ignorancy, speak out for the organization and for god.

34. Gathered Followers
Jesus had followers that would have made him an earthly king if he desired being king. He had followers from all over the world. His followers were not forced to accept him as their and personal saviour. If a leader applies this compassionate leadership style of jesus, such leader will be equped with the right people to help himn lead the organization well.

35. Answers
There was no questions that was asked jesus to which jesus did not have the answer. Jesus had answers for all that questions that was asked to him. When he was asked what would be done to the woman caught adultery, his reply showed he had answers for every situation. Every leader who is confused on any topic can approach jesus in his own time or read through the bible searching through for the solutions to every problems and I am sure, Jesus have a word on every problems that affects individual and organzations.

36. Church Attending
Jesus attended church all his life. The records of the bible proved jesus ws at the church at twelve where he taught like the best of teachers. He kept attending church till death. What shall we learn from this great leader? A leader must be able to keep the sabath day holy. Must be able to advice the members of his organization to go to church, to have the fear of god, which they had leanrt from the church at home, family and the organization.

37. Twelve Apostle
Jesus leadership did not make use of the crowd that followed him daily. He knew about the executive membership in the body of his organization. He knew the history of leadership that god started with Jacob which produced the tribes of leadership of isreal. So as to comform with his tribes ways and father’s standard. He choosed the twelve disciples. This will help make them leaders to use the arrangement that was before them and make them better instead of destroying the works of their origin.

38. Don’t Judge
“judege not, and you shall not be judged,. Comdemened not, and you shall not be comdemed forgive, and you will be gorgiven” luke6: 6-37.

How can a leader tap good leadership from this guide? A leader who knos this verse will not go anbout judging every body in the society or organization.

39. A Disciple
Jesus was a bit discipled by john. He accepted to be baptized by john. “a disciple is not above his teacher, but every one who is perfectly trained will be like teacher,” luke 6: 40.p
A leader is motivated by jesus not to be arrogant nor disobedient to his seniors and to the people who puts him into the office. Such a leader is humble meek and kind. He will end up a good leader like the past leaders who had led the organization which he or she is in.

40. Known by Its Fruits
Jesus leadership produced a worthy fruit for harvesting and reaping by Christians. “for a good tree does not bear bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit.

For every tree is known by its own fruit. For man donot gather figs from thorns, nor do they gather from a worthy bush,” luke 6:43-44.

By the good fruits that a worthy leaer presents to his or her members, he or she shall be known. Jesus is known, and are so are the people called by his name for the exemplary life they had.

41. Solid Foundation
“he is like a man building a house who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream but vehementarly against that hosue, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock

But he who heard and did nothing is like a man who built a house on the earth without a foundation, against which the stream beat vehemnettly; and immediately: it fell. And the ruin of that house was great” luke 6: 48-49.

A leader with this will be equipped morally, physically, socially, psychologically, spiritual with the wisdom that enables the lifting and not the fail of the organization in troubles times.

42. Spoken Words
“for I also am a man placed under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to one, ‘go’ and he goes, and to another, ‘comes’ and he comes, and to my servant ‘Do this’ and he does it”
When jesus heard these things, he marveled at him, and turned around and said tot the crowd that followed him, “ I say to you , I have not found such great faith, not even in isreal.”
And those who were sent, returning to the house, found the servant well who had been sick,” luke 7: 8-10.

This guide will make a leader have faith in spoken words, and in the power his organization and that of god that he serves that all is well is well even in trouble times.

43. Sowed
Jesus tells of a whole leader and fammer who planted good seeds in his farm and while many failed on good seeds some failed on a rock and died. How can this motivate this growing leader to understand that not every good thing that he does will be accepted by the members of his organization.

44. Followers Discovers Jesus
It was people who go about looking for the leader jesus because of the good things thay they can get from him. Jesus continued to do t go and for this goodness, he was loved by all. This leader will inpact in all our leaders to keep doing good, and serving the people and for this the people in the organization will have respect, value for the leader.

45. Take Up Cross And Follow
To be a follower of jesus, one must carry his or her cross and follow jesus. Hesus is a special leader. He did not wait for the people to help him carry his own cross. He took the pain and carried the pain of his people to golgaotha.
Every organization has its own cross, the leader of such organization is placed at the top to see that see that the cross is taken way. The leader takes blame if the problem is not taken away. Jesus as a leader beared the problems of Christians, a leader should bear solutions to solve the problems of an organizations and the society.

46. Special Revelation
Jesus had power to give out special revelation. He told many that lazarus, is only sleeping. A leader with inspiration will always receive daily revelations to how to tacle the problems that occurs in an organizations and give that problem a feel treatment that leads to an end.

47. Recognize the Greatest
“then a dispute arose among them as to which of them would be greatest
And jesus, perceiving the thought of their heart, took a little child and set him by Him
And said to them, “whosoever receives this little child My name receives Me, and whoever receives Me receives Him who sent who sent Me. For he who is least among you all will be great” luke 9:46-48.

A leader with the heart of a child will equally have a simple positive and productive heart. The leaders heart will not be negative but positive, and the leader’s heart will be positive and filled with the light of god.

48. Sent Out the Seventy
“after these things the Lord appointed seventy others also, and sent them two by two before. His face into every city. And place where he himself was about to go” Luke 10:1

How many, people from an organization will be sent out to go to the outside world to speak or market the organization? The one who sent leader jesus has chosen a pattern that every leader will follow. The order says seventy people, and send them in two’s so that one person will back the other in all conditions of life.

49. Rejoices In the Spirit
“in the hour jesus rejoiced in the spirit and said, “I thank you, father, lord of heaven and each, that you have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes. Even so, father, for it so seemed good in your sight,” luke 10:21.
If a leader have true joy, he shall have wisdom, be prudent and all hidden things about his organizations will be revealed to him or to her.

50. Good Samaritan
A god Samaritan is a story of a good neighbour. A good neighbour in the story jesus told is always for those in need. A leader with these leadership experience will create an enabling programmes that will help the needy in an organization, such a leader will have compassion to find every resources to problem solving. A leader who uses this guide for an organization will discover that the organization had many members with a human heart ready to help each other in times of need.

51. Model Prayer
Jesus is a leader whose guide to the members of his organization is infinite. A prayer that began with the recognition of god and his supremacy. Then understood that every man is worth a wage, or salary and then moved from there to forgiveness of one another.
If leaders hould pray with this model prayer, god will be in control of every organization, there will be no idle and unproductive members in the organization. There will be no peace in the organization as the members would learn to forgive one another as the model prayer had advised.

52. Servant Leadership
Jesus was a servant leader. He was a leader who knew that he was there to serve the people and not to be served. If our leaders will learn fro theis pattern they will not only be leaders of the people but they wil learn from jeusus to lead the people by a good and clear example and produce the right results in life and in ministry.
Servant leadership refers to the philosophy of leadership that puts serving others as the top most prosperity. The servant leader is a servant before being a leader. In john 13: 3-5, jesus demonstrated a servant leadership role by washing the feet of his disciples so they could partake of the last supper. Christ was so humble to the extent of washing the feet of his disciples. This leadership demonstration, every leader is called to serve and not to be served. Leaders who is ruled by this guide will build trust and respect with their employees. Servant leaders would inspire their fellowers to work selflessly because of respect them by elders.

53. Persistence
Even in the midst of trial and temptations, our leader kept going on. He went ahead to produce good results. He kept moving towards his goal. He persisted towards the call of god and won the ultimate victory. A leader is motivated by the leader jesus not to quit no matter the condition an organization is in but find many way to solve the problems of the organization to arrive at the need victory just like jesus.

54. Keep Asking, Seeking, and Knocking
“so I say to you, and it will be given to you, seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you

For every one who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened, “ luke 6:9-10

A leader who needs things to be done in an organization and produce the right results with it shall not stop. “asking, seeking and knocking” the leader does this either with the government, non-governmental organization or with the member of the organization to get the right response and result.

55. A Divided House Cannot Stand
Jesus leadership recognized that a house is divided against it self cannot stand, “ but, he knowing their thoughts, said to the; “every kingdom divided against it self is brought to desolation, and a house divided against a house fails,” luke 6:17.
A good leader shall endeavor not to allow opposition groups to establish in the organization that he or she is leading. He will work hard towards, making peace exist in the group because our leader jesus had made it clear to all, that a house divided against itself shall surely fail.

56. Keep the Word
Every word that was spoken about Christ in the old testaments came to pass. The words of god started from the day, he was born to the day that jesus died. Jesus too kept his word. A good leader with the right perspective would not speak vain words and make promises the he or she may not be able to keep for the trust had with the leader will die out completely.

57. Take the Lowly Place
“so he told a parable to those who were invited, when he noted how they chose the best places, saying to them:

“when you are invited by any one to a wedding feast, donot sit down in the best place, lest one more honorable that you be invited by him,

And he who invited you and him come and say to you,’  give your place to this man, and then you begin with shame to take the lowest place’

“but when you are invited, go and sit down in the lowest place, so that when he who invited you comes he may say to you,’ ‘ friend, go up higher’ then you will have in the presence of those who go up higher’ then you will have glory in the presence of those who sit at the table with you”

“for whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he humles himself will be exalted” john 14: 7-11

Jesus knew that a leader can nly take himself to the high of the occasion, that he or is has started. If this leader goes  to other people’s ceremony, he or she shall wait at a lower sit, till he or she is brought to a better sit.

A leader with the principle will be humbled so that in the end shall be exalted or the good works that the leader has done for the organization.

58. Thankful
Our leader is thankful in all things he had done. He thanked god for all that had come to him. Jesus knew about the need for his children to be thankful. Luke 17: 11-19 speaks of the ten lepers who needed healing and healing came their way through jesus but only one came back to say thank you. A good should be thankful to every member to say than you. A good should be thankful to every members of the organization for every work done, the same goes to the members being thankful to their leader.

59. The Parable of a Persistent Widow
Jesus knew the meaning of persistence. He would not stop the good work that he had started till all had heard of god’s goodness. A leader who desire to be a leader keep seeking for god’s blessing at all time and would not stop seeking. When this leader presents a task to the members; as the persistent woman had done to the judges, will not stop, or quit from applying to the request until every demands and the projects had been completed.

60. Parable of the Pharisees and the Tax Collector
The parable of the Pharisee of two men who went to the church to pray one felt that he was two tighteous and the other one humbly went to the corner and presented himself as a sinner. The leader who preffers to be righteous in the eyes of people, may end up with a bad result. A true spiritual leader should be able to serve god alone and not mamman nor selfish interest.

61. Parable of the Unjust Steward
Jesus told about the unjust steward, who expected to be rewarded by the people who owed the masters after the servant had been sacked and laid off duty jesus preffered to call such a servant the unjust steward.
An unjust leader may follow this step but is sure to end up in jail for every wealth and money that the leader stole will be paid when the stolen funds are discovered.

62. Parable of the Lost Coin
Jesus tells a story of a lost coin in the bible. How often do so many organizations complain of missing money, or funds that the organizations had set up for the projects the leader jesus would not rest till the missing coin is found because every coin counts in his organizations. A leader positioned by this guide will not be an embezeller of fund, but will be a keeper of funds. This leader would work hard to make that every fund that the organization is used for that project is provided for.

63. Parable of the Mustard Seed
The parable of the mustard seed speaks of the growing organization. At the beginging of the Christianity and the persecution that this sets of group passed through, nobody knew; it will grow to become a mighty organization in the world.
Are you starting an organization which you think will not grow? Are you the leader of such organization? Jesus our leader has a guide for you. See the organization as a mustard seed and it will grow to become the best that have ever been established.

64. Authority Questioned
Jesus was questioned every where that he went to including the miracles that he performed and whether, they are of god. Arons’s staff did not grow flowers in vain. It is for a reason. It was god’s selection process when other priest questioned arons authority as the head priest. With this guide from jesus Christ, a leader’s authority mighty be questioned but your cost will never be taken away from you.

65. Unexpected Belief
“and she answered and said to him, ‘yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs under the table eat from the chilfren’s crumbs” mark 7:28-30.
Then He said to her, ‘for this saying go, your way; the demon has gone out of your daughter
And when she had come to her house, she found the demon gone out, and her daughter lying on the bed”

This ia sure guide to leaders, for it will make them able to lead even from the place that they were rejected; and get what they had come to work for in their organization, producing the needed results.

66. The Rich Young Ruler
“then jesus, looking at him and said to him, ‘ one thing you lack: Go your way, sell whatever you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, take up the cross, and follow me.
But he was sad at this word, and went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions” mark 10:21-22
The young rich ruler is possessed by his wealth and it became truly different and difficult to serve god with the wealth that god has given to him. This will teach leaders to rely on the provision of god for them and not to rely on material things in life.

67. Greatness Is Serving
“you shall not so among you but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant
And whoever of you desires to be the first shall be slave of all.
For even the son of man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ramson for many,” mark 10:43

Everyleader should be a servant in the sense, that a leader according to the guide jesus is meant to serve the organization which he or she is made head and not to be served.

68. Interpersonal Intelligence
Inter-personal intelligence may be defined to recognize r differentiate between people by face and voice; to react appropriately to their needs, to understand their motives, feelings, and moods and appreciate such perspectives with empathy. In Mathew 9.4, jesus exhibited such intelligence. He asked a man he had healed to show himself before the scribes.
The guide enables a leader to perceive and understand emotions of the employees, organizations. This would be very healthy for an organization desiring to make their need realize.

69. Resource Provider
Jesus was the resource provider for a wedding. The banquet run out of wine propting jesus to help provide the needed wine. Hadn’t notbeen for the intervention of jesus, the wedding would have come to an abrupt end.  Without the needed resources an organization cannot function. Leaders must ensure both human and material resources are available to the organization to enhance production. Christ as a time leader emerged with the skills to handle emergency just as in the wedding by providing the needed support for the organization or community as a whole.

70. The Beatitudes
The old law was a sort of hinderance to salvation of mankind but the new law of Christ leadership was made by the love of Christ. This new set of rules will inspire leaders towards god, and to another dimension of leadership.
A leader with the beatitudes inspiration will place the organization according to the rule of a great leader which is jesus Christ.

71. Fulfils the Law
Jesus is the leader who has come not to break the law but to fulfill what was written in the law of god. Leaders who makes the laws which they do not keep nor intend to obey are the sets of leaders that jesus met in his time, and jesus did everything to fulfil the law despite the obstacles that he found himself in. he asked his disciple to pay his tax and told to fih and to find the coin. Leaders in this guide will not break the laws of the organizations, but find a way to make it better to which jesus had done in his own time.

72. Marriage Is Sacred
Jesus provided for a wedding ceremony to take place that there is rule which must be observed. Jesus was a leader who was not born out of wed luck. He was begotten of mary and joseph. Joseph married mary according to the custom of the land and to jesus marriage is sacred and should be kept holy. Furthermore jesus made many statement on marriage on how to keep it holy even to the end. This inspires a good leader not to seek divorce when ever he and his wife had problems but find a way to solve them knowing that if he can take good care of his family, he can take good care of the organizations that God gave him to take care of. This guide will also help leaders help families live in peace and never separate from each other.

73. Compassion
Jesus also exhibited a unique character in John 5:5; 6:5; 9,11. Mathew 14:14. in john 5:5-9 christ had compassion on a man at the pool of bethsida. Jesus had compassion and healed the man at the pool of bethsaida. Jesus had compassion and healed the man. Leaders naad compassion in other to treat their workers humanely. Jesus performed these miracles so we will also need to treat others humanely and learn to give others a second chance. This will heighten motivation and boost production.

74. Faithful Servant
“blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes will find watching. Assuredly, I say to you, that you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve the” luke 12:37
Leaders are equaled to keep watch because our leader is the servant leader, who worked deligently waiting upon the crown of the master. Leaders will not wait upon their masters as the servant who is given one, (one bag of gold) who went and hide the talent only to come back to acuse the master at his return.

75. Peace with Adversary
“yes, and why, even of yourself, do you not judge what is right?

When you go with your adversary to the magistrate, make every effort along the way to settle with him, lest he drag to the judge, the judge deliever you to the offer, and the officer throw you into prison.

I tell you, you shall not depart from there till you have paid the very last mite,” luke 12: 57-59

Leaders from this knows that peacefully settlement of problems does not involvegoing to the court, because once a case is over the guilt will not go home till he or she had paid every debt. The judge who handed the person to the officer said, must be paid.

76. Love the Opposition Party
Love leadership had love with every body that had associated with Him, even in the midst of troubles from opposition, jesus is a leader who had learnt to owe every party that comes His way love. A leader with this guide of jesus managing a political party can never be in enemity with any other political party or organizations.

77. Sense of purpose
Jesus as leader had a sense of purpose and never forgets to fulfill the purpose of the organizations and that of his master. His sense of purpose was greater than his feeling. A leader must eliminate self work for the work that will benefit others.
Mathew 6:3 reads “seek first the kingdom of heaven and its righteousness, and all other things shall be added unto you”  if leaders would try to seek God first and his ways, they will find wisdom to prosper their business or organizations. Leaders must learn to commit themselves to the organizations. Leaders must learn to commit themselves to the people they are called to serve.

78. Delegation with Authority
Jesus realized that he cannot manage the duty that god has for him alone and to this aim, he went in search for his disciples who will help him in the missionary work of establishing god’s kingdom on earth. In jesus leadership, works are delegated to individuals. Jesus sent the seventy missionaries to preach the good news.
Following Jesus example a good leader would find the right candidate for every assignment and duties exist in an organization.

79. Jesus Institutes the Lords Prayer
Jesus instituted a pattern of prayer to these disciples when they asked for a pattern of prayer. This tells of a leader who is ready to guide his organization all things.
Using this pattern of prayer, a leader realizes of a father in heaven, and prays for a daily bread and forgiveness of all who had offended the organization the organization and even try to teach this prayer to every member in the organization.

80. Acknowledge Human Helplessness
Jesus realized that his organization came into existence to help these who are weak, down and oppressed and not for those who claim that they righteous, strong and up. Jesus leadership manifested because of our helpless nature.
Jesus leadership recognized this fact to this end, he chosed the weak vessels for god’s glory. One of his disciple was a tax collector a fisher man, and all other sorts of rejected men. And jesus turned the rejected to be a corner stone.
A leader with this leadership guide of jesus, will have value for everything and every person that the organization were able to present to him or her. This will help our leaders to cope with every where members and turn them into mighty and mighty women who are capable of taking the organization ahead.

81. Parable of the Talents
In Mathew 25: 14-30 “a wealthy man is on a travel, and he had instructions to this main servants, whom he had given each of them, fine, two and one talents. The bible tells us how each of them had managed, the fund that was given to them. Five talents begat five talents, but one servant would not excel nor allow his master excel, so he hid his talents waiting to return the talents abck to the master.
A leader who recognized the parable of the talents guides realizes that jesus realized the need for a profitable venture. A leader is not running an organsiation whose member will be idle and untrained. The pattern of leadership from jesus will make every leader use the means of seminar, conferences, practicals to help members identify the gifts that god given to each and every one of one of them and use it for god and for humanity.

82. The Widows Two Mites
“and he looked up and saw the rich putting their gifts into the tressury

And he saw also a certain poor window into two mites.

So he saw also,’ “so he said ‘truly I say to you that this poor window has put more than all;

For all these out of their abundance have put in offering for god, but she out of her poverty put in all livelihood that she had” (luke 21:1-4)

Jesus as a leader uses parables and stories to drive home his points for he was a good teacher. He teaches like a teacher who had wisdom. Jesus by this story tell a story of going. This leader uses two behaviors to explain the type of giving that is expected tof a tru child of god.
The leader with this story perspective will give the right gifts to his or organization. A gift that comes from their heart which when used in  the organization for the right will produce ntnhne ringht results.
The leader with this story perspective will give the right gifts to his or organization. A gift that comes from their heart which when used I the organization for the right purpose will purpose will produce the right results.

83. A Fasting Leader
Fasting has to do with “abstinence of naything that will get the child of god to sin and to disobey god the creator of heaven and the earth. Jesus did fast for forty days and for the forty nights. He did fasting to prepare himself for the temptation and for the difficult times ahead to come.
How ooften shall a leader leave presnt pressure today so that he or she can enjoy such pressure the next day. Some projects have to be kept behind for the right time.
A elader with this fasting principle will be disciplined in all things, such a person will not be controlled by material things of life. The leader would be a good manager of an organizational resources.
This leader will be motivated to wait patiently for the good things of the organization to happen at the right time that it needs to happen and not by impatience take actions that will lea to pains, sorrows and regrets.

84. Accepts To Be Baptized
Jesus is humble leader. He accepted the mission of his father and accepted that a lesser man, who told every one, that he was before, he john came into existence. He did not say because I am the son of god, john has not the right to baptize me.
How many leaders will accept a members advise? How many leaders to work hands in hands with the members with in the organizations for a productive result.

85. Vision
Another leadership guide of exhibited by jesus Christ is vision. He forsees the end from the beginning. In Mathew chapter 9: 2, a paralytic was brought to Christ for healing. According to the passage, when jesus saw their faith, he knew what they wanted and said to the paralytic, “son, be of good cheer” jesus had not had any encounter with the man but was able to envision the cause of the paralysis.
This is one of the most important qualitities or skills a leader must possess. Without vision, progress and development will be obstructed. A leader should be able to for see the end from the beginning, must have forsight to know what is coming up next. Vision brings about innovation, progress and development. A leader who does not posses this quality could be compared to a ship that moves without particular direction. Not only should a leader be well stated and comprehensible to enable the organization put the vision into reality.

86. Taking the Place of Barabbas
What insult by law by the heads of authrority would be enough for the insult that was given to this righteous leader? In the days of the leaders trials, a criminal was choosen in his place. It was the worst replacement that ever taken place in history. Why would an organization desire a fraudlent leader and hated a righteous leader who will protect a better results in life.
When our leader, jesus was tried, the people accepted a criminal and how they go about complaining of bad leadership. Jesus a leader will be able to accept every condtions that he or she finds self in. a leader guided with this discipline, realiseses that the subordinates can turn against him or her and ask such a leader to withdraw against him or her and ask such a leader to withdraw from office. The knowledge can as well understand that no leadership position is constant and every positions is likely to change for the worse.
87. A Mocked Leader
Jesus ia leader that is highly mocked and insulted. He was neglected by all who he has come to save from sin. Jesus seemed neglected by his father and in his father’s land. He was accepted by nations who the jews said are “gentiles”. It was in this condition that our leader, found the woman of Samarian, and told her everything to which she was full of testimonies and the whole city testified too because of such leader.
Jesus was tried by Pontus pilate the leaders of the religiona and the state as of the time who made mocking statement with our leader. The lesson to learn from this great leader will help the leaders of the days, learn to manage mockery from their subjects because the leaders would be living a life full of emulation that would lead closure of oppositions mouth and lead the organizations towards progress in all conditions.

88. A Leader on The Cross
Jesus is an leader that felt pain and carried his own cross. He did not run awyn fromn his duties and responsibilities. Nhe carried his cross. He did not say no. he is not waiting for you nr I to come along to carry his cross for him though that might have been the best things that wh have to do for this great leader that has doen every thing for us including giving his own life to save us from sin.
He is not regarded as the most responsible leader that ever lived. We accepted that a cross can be the problems that existed in our lives and organizations.
A leader who does not have this leadership guide will bow out of every depressing situation and every problems of life. Such leader cannot be bale to withstand the crisis of life he or she finds cannot him or herself. Such a leader would be able to withstand the crisis of small problems that was before it that needs to handle immediately till it reaches a critic and chronic stage.

89. with a Rich Man at Death
“now behold, there was a man Joseph, a council member, a good and just man

He had not conscented to their decision and deed. He was from arimathea, a city of the jews, who hiself was also waiting for the kingdom of god.

The man went to pilate and asked for the body of jesus

Then he took it down, wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a tomb that was hewn out of the rock, where no one had ever been lain before,(luke 23:50-53)
At the death of every great man of this race, many great and wealthy people gathered at the burial and paid great respect to such great leader jesus Christ. Jesus leadership encouraged leaders and wealthy people not to wait for the fall of each other before they can come together to help  each other.

90. Parable of the Barren Fig Tree
“he also spoke this parable’ a certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit on it and found none.

Then he said to the keeper of his vineyard,’ look for three years I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree and find none. Cut it down; why does it use up the ground?

But he answered and said to him, “sir, let alone this year also, until I dig around it and fertilize it”

‘and if it bears fruit, well: but if not, after that “you can cut it down”
(luke3:6-9)
The leader Jesus accepted that if not like tree, an unproductive organizations can be given an opportunity to grow but adding alone fertilizers to make the plant grow and produce the right result. A leader with this guide will strive hard to make an organization work which includes people and finance to the organization with patience.

91. Repent or Perish
The repent or perish guide of Jesus leadership has to do with obeying the instructions for god, and going astray from god’s command because every soul that disobeys or sins will perish. This leadership guide exhibited by Jesus is a warning to law offenders and all children of god who would not obey the command and the law of god.
Leadership had let a lot of people go to wars. The first and th second world wars, and other wars of this life was as a result of unrepentant leaders and in the end millions of the people are conscripted to fight the war and die.
A leader with this will accept responsible advice that will not lead to war, crisis. Such a leader would know when the leader was wrong, and position self and organization not to perish.

92. Fear of God
Jesus as a leader had respect for his master, who sent him to work for him. It is richly noted that, “ jesus had this qualities and is a leader with the wisdom and truth.
Like 12: 4-7 say:

“But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more valuable than many sparrows.”

Take on this leadership guide, and the fear of the lord will be our strength. We would not lead the people astray. We shall produce an effective and worthy leadership that is human and can withstand all the challenges because god is the head is the such leadership.

93. Kept the Good Works
Jesus kept doing a good work even to the very end of life. He did not stop doing a good. His leadership proved good works is one of tools of being a good and acceptable leader.

In the book of John 21: 15 says;

“So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon peter Simon peter son of Jonah do you love me more than these? He said to Him “yes my lord; you know that I love you” he said to him “feed my lamb”.

And in verse 16 Jesus repeated the same question and asked peter to, “tend his sheep” and in the verse 17,,,,,,, jesus replied to peter again. “Feed my sheep” and in 19 the leader concluded the cancel by saying “follow me”.
Jesus as a leader made us understanding that a good leader must be able to “feed tend feed an organization” and for this good work done by the leader, the people would see the reason to follow the leader in all aspects of life.

94. Speaks Of Departure
Good leader knows his or her tenure will come to an end but Jesus leadership is infinite and can only have a momentarily end. Yet, he was able to tell his disciple about the end. Jesus leadership was open to this subject and gave them the information that they needed in time and nothing would take them unawares because, every history of this great leader was foretold. “He was the replacement of the snake, Moses hung on a pole.”
Jesus didn’t want his leaving to his disciples by surprise, so he told them of his departure. Jesus speaks of his departure in john 14:15, and promised another helper. In john 12: 20-26, as the fruitful grain of wheat.

“And if the grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it does, it remains alone, but if it does, it produces much grain”

This guide will equally help every leader know when it is time to prepare another leader to take over and motivate the people towards becoming leaders in every part of life, that they found themselves in.

95: His Followers Still Celebrate His Years after Death
Christians are people who “believed in the leadership of a great leader called Jesus Christ and accepted to live and lead others by the instruction of Christ.” Christians were called Christians first at Antioch because; they lived by, “Christ leadership example”.
Two thousand years past, we still celebrate leadership example” in every Christian organizations and in the church. Is there any leader whose are recorded in a book that is sold every where as recorded in the bible? Christians are still receiving information from the great leader through visions, dreams, and interpretations. Jesus words still relevant to us this day.
Many more people are still leaving other religions to follow this leader, who after many years of his death, “victories are won through testimonies of his followers, who are called by His name; Christians”.

SAY THIS PRAYER NOW
God, I _____________________________, (put your name here) thank you for providing me with Jesus Christ, the leader and the savior of my life. I accept Jesus leadership guide and pray that it may help me in every place that concerns my life, in my work, business, organizations, family, life, marriage, and education.
I promise to make use of Jesus leadership guide every where that I go to. I promise to tell people of this great leader who hate the humiliation of His children by sin, and for this, he accepted to be a spiritual leader, leading us back to god, salvation and to heaven.
Let his leadership guide touch every leader and bring peace all over the world, and if this book touched my life, I shall present this book as agift to children of god, all over the world for the peace of mankind in Jesus name, Amen.
