LIVE! Wednesday at 2pm ET

I'm a weight loss expert, so why am I hosting a webinar about financial stress?

Researchers are finding more and more connections between finances and everyday health. Chronic stress about money can affect your health — given the current economic conditions, money worries may be adding to your increased stress levels.

Tomorrow, I'm joined by Jeanette Pavini, Consumer Savings Expert, who is going to share tips for what we can do now to save money and ease the fear and anxiety so many of us are feeling right now. (I can tell you it doesn't matter if you're just starting out or independently wealthy, most everyone has worries about finances right now.)

Plus, you'll find so much of the habits and behaviors that I teach for lasting weight loss are applicable to your money and so many other areas of your life! I hope you can make it.

As always, please consider registering even if you can't join us as I'll be sending out the recording link to all who sign up!

[While this is a free webinar, registration is required for security purposes.]

I'm back with more support tools!

LIVE! Tuesday at 12pm ET

What if I suggested spontaneous laughter as self-care?! I know, I know! That's ridiculous, it's uncomfortable... I said that, too! But you know what? There's real benefit to it!

In times like these and beyond, everyone needs their own self-care practice. It can be your saving grace to keep stress and anxiety in check and help ease loneliness.

But... what exactly does self-care look like and how do you go about creating and implementing a self-care practice?

Dr. Kimberlyn Cahill joins me Tuesday, April 14th at 12pm ET for a free webinar on how to create and implement a self-care practice that makes sense for how you're feeling and what you need. She's going to show you how to move past those uncomfortable feelings to really do something good for YOU!

We'll be discussing coping strategies for inspired living in times of chaos and crisis with tools like laughter yoga! There's real benefits in laughing for the sake of laughing!

This is going to be so informational, I hope you'll join us!

Even if you can't make it, please consider registering as I'll be sending out the recording link to all who sign up!

[While this is a free webinar, registration is required for security purposes.]
