There are other significant changes to existing laws, which will play a major role in Nigeria's tax environment in 2021. Some of these changes include the CBN's foreign exchange rule for imports through buying agents; the Transfer Window for retirement savings accounts; and the ratification of the African Continental Free Trade Area Agreement.
