My broken record of failed weight loss attempts Posted: 18 Mar 2021 10:59 AM PDT Believe me when I say, my life was literally a broken record of failed weight loss attempts until the day I discovered  Hey Rockstar! Over the many years of my failed weight loss attempts, I tried several different diet programs but found something was always missing. I realized I was missing the magic that can only come from support! I looked at these programs as diet systems with rules to follow and never took advantage of the support system they offered. I lived inside my head, where my failures seemed epic and pretty certain I was broken. It was painful and difficult, but I'm here to tell you that you need a support system if you want to succeed in weight loss! Research proves that the people we spend time with highly influences our waistline. Studies have found that your chances of becoming obese increase by 57% if you have a friend that becomes obese. If you include the important people in your life as a part of your weight loss process, you are more likely to succeed and it can result in better health for your friends and family as well! When I say "let's do this together" it's because of this very information. My passion and life's work is to help you release the physical and emotional burden of carrying extra weight.
