Meet our two new supervisors Posted: 19 May 2021 11:30 AM PDT   Meet Foursquare's Pacific Supervisor + Western Associate Supervisor   The U.S. districts are consolidating to form six new districts that will begin together on June 15, 2021. District supervisors and associate supervisors form supervisory teams that serve the churches and leaders in their district. All district staff are part of the nationally distributed One Team.   Today we welcome Sheldon Lacsina as our Pacific District supervisor and Grace Kladnik as an associate supervisor in the Western District.        MEET SHELDON LACSINA + GRACE KLADNIK   Pacific District   Sheldon Lacsina is the lead pastor of New Hope Hilo Hawaii (Hilo Foursquare Church) in Hilo, Hawaii. In addition to serving many roles in the local church—youth, young adults, AV director and executive pastor—he has served as an area pastor to the Big Island and Maui Division. Sheldon has completed various courses and certifications, including those in hermeneutics, doctrine and ministerial leadership, as well as coursework at The King’s College (now called The King’s University) in Van Nuys, Calif. Sheldon is a frequent speaker at camps, conferences, retreats and conventions, including the Foursquare National Convention in Sri Lanka. He has served on the Foursquare Missions Committee and enjoys all forms of art, basketball and running. Sheldon and his wife, Heidi, have two sons and three grandsons.   Western District   Grace Kladnik was most recently the co-lead pastor of Vintage Faith Culver City in Los Angeles with her husband, Matt. She has served in the past as a youth pastor, church-planter and missionary to Australia. Her heart to equip and release women led Grace to start a training program called She Leads. Grace focuses on pastoring the community beyond the church walls; she helped launch a thrift store, coffee shop, pop-up pantry and creative space that serve their community every day of the week. Grace and Matt have three young daughters.   The six districts are being equipped with supervisory teams to serve the health and growth of Foursquare leaders and churches. New districts will open on June 15.
